Justice for All Initiative
The Justice for All Initiative is SICLE’s community outreach program dedicated to promoting legal awareness and ensuring access to justice for all Somalis.
Program Vision
A Somalia where every person understands their legal rights and has meaningful access to the justice system, regardless of their location, economic status, or social position.
Key Activities
Community Legal Education
Mobile legal education teams travel to underserved areas to conduct know-your-rights workshops on topics including:
- Property and land rights
- Family law and women’s rights
- Criminal justice and due process
- Access to government services
- Dispute resolution options
Paralegal Training
Training community members as paralegals to provide basic legal information and referrals in their communities.
Radio and Media Programs
Legal awareness programming broadcast in Somali language to reach remote areas.
Legal Aid Referral Network
Connecting community members with legal aid services and pro bono lawyers.

- Rural and remote areas with limited legal services
- Internally displaced persons camps
- Women and youth groups
- Marginalized communities
