Services

SICLE provides legal education, training, and related services. Our programs are designed for educational purposes and do not constitute legal advice for specific situations.

Eligibility

Certain programs have eligibility requirements, including professional licensure, membership status, or other qualifications. You are responsible for ensuring you meet applicable requirements.

Registration and Fees

Program registration creates an obligation to pay applicable fees. Cancellation and refund policies are communicated at the time of registration.

Code of Conduct

Participants in SICLE programs are expected to:

Intellectual Property

SICLE materials are protected by copyright. Materials may be used for personal educational purposes but may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

CLE Credit

CLE credit is awarded based on attendance and completion requirements. SICLE does not guarantee acceptance of credits by any regulatory body.

Legal Aid Services

Legal Aid Clinic services are subject to separate terms and professional obligations. An attorney-client relationship is established only upon explicit agreement.

Limitation of Liability

SICLE provides services in good faith but makes no guarantees regarding outcomes. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
