We work toward a Somalia where the legal profession is well-trained, ethically grounded, and equipped to serve justice. Our country is rebuilding after decades of conflict, and the legal profession is rebuilding with it. New laws are being enacted, institutions are being established, and legal professionals need practical training to serve their clients and their country effectively. SICLE exists to provide that training.
Mission
To provide quality continuing legal education for Somalia’s legal professionals through practical, in-person training programs that address the real needs of practitioners working with new legislation and developing legal institutions.
We are not satisfied with just teaching the law. We want to teach you how to use it.
